From the 2002 version

The Basketball Review Game started as “GovBasketball,” an Asymetrix ToolBook game built in 2002 for a government class: a rack of R and E balls, two teams, and a player who shot for 2 or 3 points. The web version keeps those rules. The player finally has his second arm, and you also get team colors, a coin toss, and a Teacher Setup where you can write questions for any subject. The original Foundations of Government questions come along as the sample set.
